What do you think of the James Dobson interview with serial killer Ted Bundy ? This was re-broadcast by UCB recently and to be honest it disturbed me. Dobson's parting words to Bundy were "the next time we meat it will be in the presence of our Lord and saviour". Bundy claims to have had a religious experience and became "born again" just before he died (though many doubt this). Yet, Bundy's name is included in a book "101 people you wont find in heaven".
I think there was a similar situatuion with Myra Hindley.It has been reported that Hindley underwent a religious conversion, according to the late Lord Longford and he campaigned tirelessly (without success) for her release.
This is also clesly related to the thread being saved by works in the New Testament. Mother Teresa, to me, is a fine example of a Christian woman. Yet, by most evangelical Protestant standards she is not "saved". Evangelical Protestant churches frequently quote Ephesions 25: 8,9:
"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast".
So by these wstandards you could have a situation were Ted Bundy or Myra Hindley are in heaven and Mother Teresa in Hell ? This is what struck me when listening to the James Dobson Ted Bundy interview on UCB (it was the 20th anniversary of the interview). Does Premier broadcast Focus on the Family by the way ?
What do you think of these points ? Personally speaking, I would find it very disturbing id Bundy or Hyndley were in heaven and Mother Teresa in Hell but according to Evangelical Protestant theology this could very well be the case. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

As you may or may not know i run the website called Christian Mental Health and have tried several times to email Mind and Soul to ask about posting some of their stuff on my website and have given links to them etc etc...but no response yet.
Just wondered if you could ask permission for a direct email address to a big wig there, so I can ask about the potential to perhaps have a recipricol partnership with them, to publicise their conferences and perhaps they can say something about my website...something like that anyway...thought it might be worth a shot...if you don't ask..you don't get.
