A good questiion
Job 38:19 How, except by divine inspiration, could Job have known that light does not dwell in a place, but a way? For light, as modern man has discovered, involves motion (wave motion). Traveling 186,000 miles a second, it can only dwell in a way.

Dr. Derek P. Blake said… - No problem Yvonne, Dr.Who is another of my favourites, total escapism and no connections to reality [unlike Star Trek] but a great show. Did you know that Dr.Who is more popular in the States than it is here in the UK? Another ‘did you know’ that the programme was originally produced as a fun way of teaching history to the kids of the sixties? Can’t say it now teaches science though.
