I am passionate about football so much so that I run F.C. Riverside (www.fcriverside.50megs.com) and activities that bring people together to a common cause.
The best band ever has to be Kool and The Gang, I like songs like Celebrations, Fresh and Victory, I like music with clear and clean lyrics and melody that you can dance to.
I like movies with stories of what I call 'fire starters' one person that makes a big difference against all the odd like 'The story of Ron Clarke'
I like my football on television especially when my beloved Tottenham Hotspurs are playing, I also enjoy documentaries and programmes you can learn from.
I like books with good argument for and against a theory like 'But don't all religions lead to God?' by Michael Green and 'Why men hate going to Church' by David Murrow
My heroes are my parents, they were not perfect but there did a great job.

I run a company Goal-D-Locks Limited, I am a locksmith, I'm also into telephone services (broadband set-up, extension wiring e.t.c) and I am also Aloe Vera product indepedent distributor.
My Website:

Favourite Bible Verse
Do to others as you would have them do to you
- Luke 6:31.
Spiritual Inspirations
Jesus died and rose again to draw me nearer to God and give my life a purpose.

It is why we play anywhere;

It is why our feet smile when

It is why we believe in myths and

final moments.
It is why we hug strangers and scream
in ecstasy over a goal

Interview with GOD

I dreamed I had an interview with God.

“So you would like to interview me?” God asked.

“If you have the time,” I said.

God smiled.
“My time is eternity… what questions do you have in mind for me?”

“What surprises you most about human kind?”

God answered… “That they get bored with childhood, they rush to grow up, and then long to be children again.”
“That they lose their health to make money… and then lose their money to restore their health.”
"That by thinking anxiously about the futur… Continue

Family

I saw this story and I was touched.

F A M I L Y

I ran into a stranger as he passed by,
"Oh excuse me please" was my reply.

He said, "Please excuse me too;
I wasn't watching for you."

We were very polite, this stranger and I.
We went on our way and we said goodbye.

But at home a different story is told,
How we treat our loved ones, young and old.

Later that day, cooking the evening meal,
My son stood beside me very still.

When I turned, I nearly knocked him down.
"Move out of the way," I s… Continue

Atheist Holy Day

A THEIST HOLY DAY - FLORIDA COURT SETS ATHEIST HOLY DAY!

In Florida, an atheist created a case against the upcoming Easter and Passover holy days. He hired an attorney to bring a discrimination case against Christians, Jews and observances of their holy days.
The argument was that it was unfair that atheists had no such recognized days and the case was brought before a judge.
After listening to the impassioned presentation by the lawyer, the judge banged his gavel declaring,"Case dismissed!".… Continue

Are you on LinkedIn and Facebook?

I would like to connect with you there also. I am trying to make more connections and fans so that I can spread awareness for breast cancer during pregnancy. I was diagnosed Stage 3 in the 5th month of my pregnancy in May. My status updates on LinkedIn and Facebook are usually about my fight or social networking tips.

I feel very welcome so far. I live in the US and forgot how nice the English folks are. I lived in Ipswich back in 1980 - 1984 and had my first child @ Raf Lakenheath.

Hello Yemi, you sound like a man who would use www.prayersword.org.uk or encourage others who need to grow in the Scriptures. It might be that the prayers in your congregation would be glad to know of this website, it is just for prayer. God bless you.

Cheers mate. Well....I must admit that my heart was thumping and almost everything that was said seemed to hit the spot...but it all seemed a bit too good to be true somehow. I guess I have been working in media too long and am too much of a cynic! ;-)
