I am asking for suggestsions for my work place it’s very hard yet it’s a good place and a good work we are doing for those in need.
I manage a group of people who are not performing and have who I managed who hate being managed by me.
The politics and apathy is awful.
Many managers have never worked anywhere else and so have no idea how to conduct themselves professionally and it’s hard to make a change.
I am really down about it all but canst let go as I feel Gods got a plan for me in the organisation. But is very, very hard.
Any suggetions ?
