Michael seems to think that no modern geologist, such as Emil Silvestru, can possibly find out something that the geologists of the 18th century did not know.

I've seen plenty of attempted refutations of irreducible complexity but they all seem to fail in one respect, the one attempting the refutation doesn't understand the concept.
